At Ivy&Miles, every piece of jewelry is crafted with immense love and meticulous attention to detail. We hope you fall in love with your purchase, but if it doesn’t quite meet your expectations, we're here to help.

Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons and in compliance with health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ear jewelry if you simply change your mind. We guarantee that every piece is brand new, never worn, or tried on by anyone else. We encourage you to carefully consider your selections and reach out to us with any questions before purchasing.

Not Loving Your Purchase?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we still want to hear from you! While we don’t typically accept returns for hygiene reasons, we encourage you to contact us at support@ivyandmiles.com. Let us know what’s bothering you, and we’ll do our best to offer a solution that leaves you happy.

Sale Items
All items purchased on sale are considered final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damaged Items
We take great care in inspecting and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Despite our best efforts, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ivyandmiles.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Faulty Items
We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our jewelry. However, if you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately. Here’s our process:

  1. Send pictures of the items for our inspection.
  2. Upon verifying the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, we will:
    • Reimburse your return shipping costs.
    • Process a refund or exchange.

Please note, the following are not considered manufacturing faults:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Fading of gold plating over time.
  • Breakage of clips unless it is a known issue with a specific batch.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policies. Unacceptable returns can be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
