At Ivy & Miles, your order will be processed and shipped from the nearest available warehouse to ensure prompt delivery worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days, though delays may occur during peak sale periods or holidays.

Shipping Fees
A standard shipping fee of $8 applies. We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $50.
Remote or Off-Mainland Destinations
Please note that certain remote or off-mainland regions (for example, the Canary Islands, Madeira, overseas territories, or similar destinations) may incur additional carrier surcharges not covered by our standard or free-shipping policy. In such cases, our team will contact you directly before dispatch to confirm any extra cost. You may choose to proceed by covering the surcharge or request to cancel your order for a full refund.
India – KYC Requirement
For shipments to India, the receiver is required by law to provide KYC (Know Your Customer) documents upon arrival in the country to clear customs. Acceptable documents include a copy of a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID) and proof of address. Customs officials or the local carrier will contact the receiver directly to collect these documents. Failure to provide KYC may result in the package being held or returned.
Customs Inspection Delays
In some rare cases, your package may be held for customs inspection. Most of the time, it will clear within one week, but occasionally it may take longer.
If you notice that your package has remained under customs inspection for more than one week, please contact us — we will reach out to our shipping agent to seek an alternative or faster solution.
Shipping Address Accuracy
1. Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
We require all customers to ensure their shipping address is complete, accurate, and deliverable before submitting an order. This is critical for successful delivery, especially for international shipments.
- The customer is solely responsible for providing a valid and correct address.
- For all addresses located in multi-unit buildings (apartments, condominiums, commercial offices, etc.), the address must explicitly include the correct and complete Apartment Number, Unit Number, or Suite Number (Apt/Unit/Suite No.).
- We ship directly to the address provided on the order form. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
2. Handling Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
If a package is returned to us or marked for destruction by the carrier due to an address error or omission (such as a missing Unit No.) provided by the customer, the following policy applies:
A. No Refund Policy
- We regret that we cannot offer a refund for the order.
- Since the non-delivery is a direct result of an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to recover the product, shipping costs, or any associated customs and handling fees.
- The customer will not be refunded for the product cost or the original shipping charge.
B. Reshipment Option
- If the customer still wishes to receive the item, we offer a reshipment option.
- The customer must contact us immediately with the corrected and complete shipping address.
- The customer will be solely responsible for paying a new shipping charge for the reshipment. We will only dispatch the order a second time once this new shipping fee has been paid in full
Delayed or Missing Tracking Updates
If there are no tracking updates for over 2 weeks, or your order hasn’t arrived within 1 month, please contact us — our team will investigate and assist you with a resolution.
