Common Questions

What if there are no tracking updates, or my order hasn’t arrived?

If there are no tracking updates for over 2 weeks, or your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us — we’ll investigate and help resolve it.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Sometimes, yes. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs, severe weather, holidays, and peak periods can cause delays beyond our control, so delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. If you’re ever worried, reach out and we’ll track it down for you.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you’ve just placed your order, contact us right away at support@ivyandmiles.com. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you.

Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the address on our end. For a minor issue — such as a missing unit or apartment number — the carrier will usually still attempt delivery, and the parcel may then show a delivery exception after the out-for-delivery stage. You’ll see this at ivyandmiles.com/pages/track-order and receive an exception email.

If that happens, the fastest fix is to contact the carrier directly to update your delivery details. You’re also welcome to reach us and we’ll help coordinate, though the carrier ultimately controls delivery. If a corrected address needs a second delivery attempt, a re-delivery fee may apply (some carriers charge, some don’t); we’ll let you know before re-sending. If the parcel is ultimately returned as undeliverable, we’ll arrange a reshipment, with the new shipping cost covered by you.

What if my package is stuck in customs?

Occasionally a parcel is held for customs inspection. Most clear within a week. If yours has been held for more than a week, contact us and we’ll reach out to our shipping agent to seek a faster solution.

What if my shipping address is on an island or in a remote area — are there extra fees or delays?

Delivery may take longer (roughly +7–14 days), and shipping may cost more. In some cases the correct surcharge isn’t detected at checkout — if we spot an additional carrier surcharge before your order ships, we’ll email you. You can cover the difference so we can proceed, or cancel for a full refund.

I’m in India — do I need to provide any documents to receive my order?

Yes. Indian customs require the recipient to provide KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to clear the parcel — a government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Voter ID) and proof of address. Customs or the local carrier will contact you directly. Without KYC, the package may be held or returned.
