  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. The only exception is if your item arrived faulty, wrong, or damaged, in which case we cover the return shipping in full.
  • Items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging. Opened, worn, or damaged items cannot be accepted.
  • All returns go to our California, USA warehouse and require prior authorization. We will send you the return address and next steps once we have reviewed your request.
  • Store credit is instant, never expires, and comes with a 10% bonus on top of your return value. Use it on any order, right away.
