Disappointed with Customer Service

I purchased a pair of earrings and noticed scratches upon arrival. I reached out to customer service as soon as it arrived, hoping for a resolution, but I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable.
While I was initially excited about my purchase, the poor customer service has diminished my confidence in this brand. If you value post-purchase support, I would reconsider before ordering.

Cheaply made and low-quality product

It’s not that easy to put on either.

I got this for free as part of the Black Friday “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” deal, without which it would not have been worth the expense.

Note that this is essentially a drop-shipping company that gets its products from Taobao/Ali Express. Do a Google image search and get yours from there, if you must. You’ll save yourself some money and thank me later.
